You Have A Right To:

- Help develop a care plan with services that meet your needs;
- Refuse any proposed treatment;
- Receive services free from any sexual exploitation or harassment;
- Review your records;
- Be informed of all prescribed medications, including possible side effects;
- Confidentiality;
- Have the provider's grievance procedure explained to you;
- Access the services of the Mental Health Ombudsman to resolve complaints;
- Be free from retaliation or threats of retaliation.
