North Central Washington Regional Support Network (RSN) is soliciting applications for the position of Quality Manager. This position oversees the quality management process for NCWRSN and is responsible for providing coordination of design, development, and implementation of the data collection, analysis and presentation methods and informs the RSN Administrator, appropriate committees and the RSN Governing Board.
Minimum qualifications are a Graduate degree in a mental health discipline with at least three years of experience in a mental health setting. Experience working in a public mental health managed care environment where a primary job function was in clinical and non-clinical quality assessment and improvement, including developing, analyzing and reporting on projects and outcomes. Successful candidate will preferably have experience in statistical tools and will have knowledge of processes commonly employed within the PDCA improvement cycle and of Washington’s mental health statutes and administrative codes.
