Quality Review Team
The Quality Review Team is a state mandated community team. The members are not professionals, but rather, volunteers who care about mental health services because we, or a family member, or someone we care about has received services.
Who are we?

- We are required to survey the consumers of the public mental health system.
- We meet with people and agencies that have an interest in the public mental health system.
- We report to local and state agencies to improve the quality of care.
- We are independent of the local and state government.
- We report our results to key agencies to continually improve the quality of care.
What if I want to make a confidential statement?
All QRT members sign an oath of confidentiality and receive training on confidentiality.
